Holm Bank offers both plastic and virtual VISA credit card. You can apply for both credit cards in Holm self-service. You can apply for the virtual card also through our app, and it will be ready for immediate use upon signing the contract.

The cards come with free purchase insurance, which you can read more about here. We will send the plastic card to your home free of charge within a week.

Citizens of the Republic of Estonia of legal age or people with a long-term residence permit can apply for a credit card. Holm credit cards can be easily managed in our app and on our self-service site. They come with flexible repayment options and can be used to make safe online purchases.

In the event of the loss or theft of your card, you can block your card on the self-service site, in our app, or by calling us immediately on 677 0760.

Not using the credit card does not entail any obligations for you, because the credit card does not have a monthly maintenance fee.

The physical credit card should be activated in the app or on our self-service site, virtual credit card is ready to be used right away after you have activated internet purchases and inserted 3D Secure password.
You can check the unused limit of your card in the app or on our self-service site. Physical credit card unused limit is also visible on any ATM for a service fee of €0.47.

The virtual credit card and the initial physical credit card are for free. If you lose your physical credit card and wish to order a new one, you can do that on our self-service site, yet then service fee of €10 will be applied for the new physical credit card.
You can use your credit card to pay for purchases in shops that support card payments and in online stores that accept Visa cards. For security reasons, the credit card cannot be used for making purchases in the following countries: Afghanistan, Albania, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cayman Islands, Cambodia, Colombia, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Dominican Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Iraq, Iran, Jamaica, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritius, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Republic of the Congo, Russia, Senegal, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Ukraine, United States of America, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
The interest-free period for credit cards is 15 days for each purchase. Interest is added to the used credit amount from the 16th day.
Holm Bank AS will send you monthly payment orders indicating the instalment to be paid, the credit limit used, the unused contractual limit, the interest rate applied to the contract and a statement of transactions. Interest is calculated on the loan balance on a monthly basis. Invoiced must be paid by the 10th of the month at the latest. The card will be suspended in the event of arrears. You can always pay off the entire balance indicated on the payment order or a part of that balance, but no less than the amount of the minimum instalment. Repayments are to be made to the current account of Holm Bank AS (EE391010220035757017 in SEB Bank or EE087700771000802113 in LHV Bank). The reference number is obligatory!
If the purchased goods or services are either of poor quality, do not meet the conditions, or the delivery time of the goods has been exceeded, contact the relevant merchant. Goods and services which require recurring payment must first be terminated by the trader or service provider. Card transactions made during the provision of the service will not be refunded. In the case of hotel bookings and car rental transactions, fees may be added depending on the nature of the service (minibar bills, traffic fines, tolls) or in the case of no show. The virtual credit card can be used in stores and online shops. Add it to your Apple Pay or Google Pay digital wallet and use wherever VISA cards are accepted.

The financial services provider is Holm Bank AS. The issuer of the card is Wallester AS. Read the terms of the contract and consult an expert. The annual percentage rate is 29.83% under the following sample conditions: credit limit €2,000, fixed interest rate 24% per annum, total repayments €2,503.41. This rate is calculated on the assumption that the credit limit is immediately used in full and repaid in equal monthly instalments over a period of one year with the total amount repaid being €2,503.41.
