Flexible and open to new ideas
Holm offers flexibility both in working hours and locations. You can work in tow offices in Estonia – in Haapsalu and Tallinn, as well as in your home office, anywhere in Estonia. Remote work from time to time is also welcome. Holm knows and appreciates that work and private life can be kept in a healthy balance. We have little bureaucracy for a bank and good plans are easy to implement. Everyone's thoughts and suggestions are always welcome and everyone can have a say in making working life more enjoyable.
