Last year was the most successful year in Holm Bank's history. All strategic goals were met – we grew both loan and deposit portfolios, bringing them to record levels. The net loan portfolio of Estonia and Latvia grew by 22%, the volume of deposits by 20%, and we ended the year with strong net profit. Customer and employee satisfaction levels were also very strong.
We continued to invest consistently in business development and introduced new products designed to meet modern needs, which were well received by our customers. Strong capital and liquidity position exceeded both internal and regulatory requirements, providing a solid buffer for future growth and potential risks.
