In the spring of 2019, we became a bank and the company was named Holm Bank AS. Holm was the first in Estonia to receive a banking license from the European Central Bank and has since experienced strong growth. Like all banks in Estonia, we operate under the supervision of the Estonian Financial Supervision Authority and follow the regulations and guidelines in force in banking. Our history dates back to 1995, when we started offering financing of purchases with Liisi hire purchase. Today, our service package is significantly wider - it includes credit cards, various consumer loans, home loans, leasing, term deposits, hire purchases. Our digital services for individuals and entrepreneurs are accessible from the website while mobile app is a convenient support for private clients. We operate in Estonia and Latvia and offer deposits in Estonia, Germany and Austria.

Structure and management
Holm Bank is based on Estonian capital. The sole owner and shareholder of the company is OÜ Koduliising, which includes Holm Bank AS together with its subsidiary Holm Bank Latvia SIA operating in the Latvian market. Holm's daily work is managed by a three-member management board. The Supervisory Board consists of five members responsible for the long-term strategic management of the bank. They are supported by committees with different responsibilities.
Financial results
Last year was the most successful year in Holm Bank's history. All strategic goals were met – we grew both loan and deposit portfolios and successfully carried out our first public bond issue. The net loan portfolio of Estonia and Latvia grew by 22%, the volume of deposits by 23%, and we ended the year with the strongest net profit so far.
We continued to invest in business development and launched new innovative products.
