The Family-friendly Employer label is a national recognition awarded to organisations that invest in their employees’ wellbeing and help them better balance work and family life. The label demonstrates that the organisation acts thoughtfully and sustainably to be a caring and responsible employer.
The Family-friendly Employer programme was launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2016 and is co-funded by the European Social Fund.

The Remote Work Badge is a digital mark that shows a company supports flexible ways of working and serves as a role model for others. Holm Bank received the badge in 2023. The badge is issued by the Smart Work Association (Targa Töö Ühing).

Holm Bank has held the Supporter of Defenders of the State badge for many years, reflecting our contribution to Estonia’s national defence. The Bronze level means that the company has continued to pay the employee’s full monthly salary during reserve training and has provided additional paid leave that is not deducted from the employee’s regular annual leave.
