1. WHO CAN APPLY FOR A PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS?

A payment in instalments can be applied for by all citizens of the Republic of Estonia or people living in Estonia with permanent residence permit who are at least 18 years old. To apply for the payment in instalments, you should turn to any of our cooperation partners or send a loan application. Submit an application here

2. WHAT DOES CREDIT LIMIT MEAN?

Credit limit is the maximum amount of money, within which you may buy goods or services.

3. HOW BIG IS MY LIMIT FOR PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS?

4. WHAT IS SURETYSHIP? WHO IS A SURETY?

Suretyship is a security provided by the surety. A surety is a person who assumes an obligation of being liable for the loan taken by the borrower. If the borrower fails to make the repayments, the surety shall have an obligation to settle the debt. In the case of several sureties, all sureties have joint liability.

5. DOES LIISI OFFER PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS ALSO TO ENTERPRISES?

Yes, it does. An enterprise may conclude a contract for the payment in instalments on a suretyship of a private person.

6. HOW TO SIGN THE CONTRACT USING THE ID-CARD?
  • The contract will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by you at the conclusion of the contract.
  • Review the contract attached to the letter. If you need to change the data, contact the shop.
  • To sign the contract, click the link ‘HERE’ in the letter and enter PIN1.
  • Select the correct contract from pending contracts and click ‘Open contract’.
  • Click ‘Sign’ and enter PIN2.
  • If the signing of the contract succeeded, you will get a response ‘Contract has been signed’.
  • After adding the signature, the shop will send you an automatic e-mail notice. Further information about the goods can be obtained from the shop.

For electronic use of the ID-card, you need:

  • The ID-card – issued by the Citizenship and Migration Board (KMA)
  • The PINs – issued together with the ID-card. If the codes have been lost, the new codes will be issued by KMA or a bank office that provides the aftersales service to the ID-cards
  • A card reader
  • The most recent version of the ID-card software – install or update the software at id.ee
7. WILL I GET A MONTHLY INVOICE FOR PAYING IN INSTALMENTS?

Payment in instalments is subject to a payment schedule (annex to the contract) and Holm Bank does not send a separate monthly invoice. To make sure that you do not forget to pay, sign a standing payment order contract in your Internet Bank.

8. IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHOOSE A SUITABLE REPAYMENT PERIOD WHEN FORMALISING THE PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS?

The repayment period of the payment in instalments is 1–60 months. Accordingly, you can choose a suitable period.

9. WILL A CONTRACT FEE BE ADDED WHEN FORMALISING THE PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS

The contract fee starts from €0. The contract fee depends on the shop and the respective campaign.

10. HOW TO SAVE THE ACCOUNT STATEMENT?

Swedbank

  1. Enter the Internet bank swedbank.ee
  2. Select ‘Everyday banking’ and ‘Account statement’
  3. Mark the ‘Beginning’ of the period (last 6 months from today’s date) and ‘End’ (today’s date)
  4. Select ‘Send query’
  5. Select ‘BDOC’. Press ‘Save’ and save the file in your computer.
  6. The saved statement must be forwarded to info@holmbank.ee together with your personal ID code

SEB

  1. Enter the Internet bank seb.ee
  2. From the menu, select ‘Transactions’, and thereafter ‘Statement’
  3. Quick link of period ‘From’ (last 6 months from today’s date) and ‘Until’
    (today’s date)
  4. Select ‘Digitally signed’ and save the file in your computer.
  5. The saved statement must be forwarded to info@holmbank.ee together with your personal ID code

Luminor

  1. Enter the Internet bank luminor.ee.
  2. Select ‘Account statement.’
  3. Mark the ‘Starting date’ of the period (last 6 months from today’s date) and ‘End date’ (today’s date)
  4. Select ‘Statement in PDF or BDOC format’. Press ‘View statements’ and save the file in the computer.
  5. The saved statement must be forwarded to info@holmbank.ee together with your personal ID code.

LHV

  1. Enter the Internet bank lhv.ee
  2. Select ‘Assets and liabilities’
  3. Then, select ‘Account statement’
  4. Mark the starting date of the period (last 6 months from today’s date) and today’s date as the end date.
  5. Then, press the button ‘Save’ above and choose either ‘PDF’ or ‘BDOC’.
  6. The saved statement must be forwarded to info@holmbank.ee together with your personal ID code.
11. CAN I REPAY THE LOAN EARLIER?

The borrower has the right to repay the received loan or a part of it prematurely by informing Holm Bank thereof in writing or by e-mail. View the more detailed terms and conditions here. (clause 4).

12. WHAT IS THE REFERENCE NUMBER?

The reference number of Liisi payment in instalments is the contract number, which can be found from the header of the contract.

13. WHAT DO THE MONTHLY INCOME AND OBLIGATIONS INCLUDE?

We consider as income the net salary, parental benefit, pension, remuneration of the management board member, etc. We consider as regular obligations the financial liabilities (loans, leases) and housing costs (rent, utilities, etc.).

14. WHO IS A POLITICALLY EXPOSED PERSON (PEP)?

A politically exposed person is a person, who at the time of filling in the application is performing or has performed up to a year ago prominent public functions (head of state, head of government, minister, deputy or assistant minister, member of the parliament, judge of a supreme court or a constitutional court, supervisory board member of a state control authority or a central bank, ambassador, chargé d’affaires, senior officer of the Defence Forces, member of the management, supervisory or administrative body of a state company) and their family members (spouse, partner equal to spouse, child or spouse, partner, or parent of a child) and their close associates (adviser, assistant, etc.).

15. WHAT IS FUNDED PENSION INQUIRY?

By marking the ‘Funded pension inquiry’ I give my consent to AS Pensionikeskus for making an inquiry for calculating the gross salary and for issuing these data to Holm Bank AS.

16. CAN I SEE MY CONTRACTS AND BALANCES?

You can see your contracts and balances in the Liisi self-service environment. Enter the self-service here.

17. WHAT IF SIGNING IN SELF-SERVICE FAILS?

If, for some technical reasons, it is not possible to sign in the Liisi self-service environment, examine the contract in the PDF file attached to the e-mail. In this case, you can sign the PDF-file. Send the digitally signed file at the e-mail address of the shop.

18. WHO CAN APPLY FOR A CONSUMER LOAN / CAR LOAN?

All citizens of the Republic of Estonia or persons holding a permanent residence permit who are at least 18 years of age can apply for a consumer loan. In order to apply for payment in instalments, contact one of our partners or send us an application. You can apply for a loan here.

19. WHEN IS THE LOANED AMOUNT DISBURSED?

After signing the contract, we will disburse the loan within three working days at the latest.

20. TO WHICH ACCOUNT IS THE LOAN DISBURSED?

The loan will be transferred to the personal bank account of the recipient of the loan.

21. WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF PAYMENT DIFFICULTIES?

Should you experience payment difficulties, please contact Holm Bank as soon as possible. You will find the necessary instructions on this leaflet.
