Holm offers flexibility both in working hours and locations. You can work in three offices in Estonia - in Haapsalu, Tallinn and Tartu, as well as in your home office, anywhere in Estonia. We have little bureaucracy for a bank and good plans are easy to implement. Everyone's thoughts and suggestions are always welcome and everyone can have a say in making working life more enjoyable.

Spending time together

As #holmhood members work in different cities, time spent together is highly valued. We get together with all our colleagues at the summer festival, which has already become a tradition, and on the company's birthdays, which we have reason to celebrate twice a year.
